To the right of East gate appears Lokapāla; to the left of East gate appears Virūḍhaka holding round-headed pounder. To the left of South gate appears the ugly-eyed deva king(Virūpākṣa). To the right of South gate, appears the red-eyed deva king. To the two sides of West gate appear Maṇibhadra and Pūrṇabhadra holding lasso and ax. To the two side of the north gate appear Vaiśravaṇa and Vaijrapāni.Avalokiteśvara appears at the center of the mandala. To his right is Mahāsthāma and to his left is Samantabhadra. Below Samantabhadra are Mani and Vajrapani. Below Mahāsthāma are Tārā and Bhrūkuṭi. Below Avalokiteśvara is Amoghapāśa with three eyes and four arms. On both sides of Amoghapāśa are Brahmā and Brahmapurohita. Maheśvara faces the Bodhisattva. At the four directions are four dragon kings: Sāgara, Anavatapta, Asura and Upananda. At the north are four Asuras: Vairocana, Rāhu, Vimalacitra and Bandhi.
Above Avalokiteśvara's head appears Amitabha Buddha. On his chest appears Sauvastika.
